淘宝网上的牛腱子28一斤，这样的牛肉真的能吃吗？

牛肉干内蒙的较为出名一些，但是大多是风干的，淘宝上的牛肉干之所以便宜，厂家肯定要囤货啊，一囤放半年的那种，牛肉的新鲜程度就可想而知了啊~

现做的麻淘宝、拼多多，大家一定都不陌生。对一些消费者来说，平台将各类低价食品集中在一起，方便了选购，但价廉一定物美吗？淘宝、拼多多上购买的低价食品质量如何？

近日，《消费者报道》向第三方权威检测机构送检了淘宝上售卖的蒙之汗牛肉干（香辣味）、银城湘味酱鸭脖（猛辣型）；以及拼多多上销售的香记食品五香牛肉粒、皮皮佗香辣酱脖等4款产品。

主要测试了牛肉干的物种成分（即产品中的肉类成分究竟是不是牛肉），以及酱鸭脖的卫生程度（即菌落总数、是否含有大肠菌群）和安全性（即其中的亚硝酸盐含量）。

一起来看检测结果↓低价背后的秘密：“挂牛肉卖猪肉”在商家的宣传上，淘宝的蒙之汗牛肉干（香辣味）宣称其“精选1周岁幼牛后腿肉、腱子肉”；拼多多的香记食品五香牛肉粒宣称其“香料和浓郁的酱汁完全融入牛肉中”，言语之间均透露其原料来自纯正牛肉。

但经过专业技术的肉类鉴别，检测结果显示，标称为蒙之汗、香记食品的两款牛肉干一致检出“猪源性成分”，且均未检出“牛源性成分”，可以判定两款牛肉干完全不含有“牛肉”。

今年8月，拼多多曾发布“双打行动”阶段性说明公开信。该说明显示，8月2日至8月9日期间，拼多多强制关店1128家，下架商品近430万件，批量拦截疑似假冒商品链接超过45万条。

然而行动过后，这款“挂牛肉卖猪肉”的牛肉干销量依然红火，说明拼多多此次“双打行动”中仍然不乏“漏网之鱼”。

同时，淘宝在售的蒙之汗牛肉干（香辣味）则存在“货不对板”的情况。在淘宝网页的“宝贝详情”中显示，这款牛肉干由“锡林郭勒盟塔里艾拉食品有限公司”生产，但实际收到的牛肉干却产自“内蒙古乌兰察布市蒙之汗食品有限公司”。

目前，淘宝在售的该款牛肉干已下架。《消费者报道》记者联系淘宝客服询问，得到回复称：“该店铺确实不经营了，至于是被强制下架还是商家主动注销，具体原因无法核实。”

说了这么多还是自家做的辣红油的好吃，实实在在的新鲜牛肉订制现做的，太赞了！每次看电视都要来一包，是不是起来就很诱人啊~
