天卓全自动勾花网机发展史

2004年已到而立之年的天卓创始人靳树恒，猛然顿悟决定结束自己游戏人生阶段，立志于机械自动化作为自己的人生的奋斗事业，跨越半自动阶段直接开始了全自动勾花网编网机机的研发。

2007年12月历经艰苦全自动勾花网机终于研发成功,成为早期拥有单丝全自动勾花网机技术的个人。

2008年申请并荣获国家专利开始进行推广，那时的锁边机是独立使用还不能和编网机同步工作，去太原推广，客户说你能做成联动式全自动我就要一台，这句话触动了我，立马回家一边用手比划定尺一边生产，一个月的时间重返太原顺利签单，那个客户成为我们开盘的第一个贵人，获得客户好评和认可后，从此坚定了信心。（注释：用手比划定尺意思就是做机器框架确定尺寸，那时候不会机械制图，就用手比划大小然后叫别人用尺子量一下两手间的距离，再去零取整计算比例，就用这个笨办法确定尺寸大小）

2009年注册安平县天卓机械厂，以TZ全自动勾花网机为产品中心，进行围绕天卓勾花网自动化生产为中心的系列设备的研发、生产、销售、售后一条龙服务活动，同年天卓把拧边机改造成天卓拧边弯边互换可调形式，天卓拧边机器一机多功的理念使天卓勾花网机的收边工艺有了很大的提升，天卓可弯可拧，天卓也可一边弯一边拧同时进行，天卓在很大程度上满足了生产需求，天卓使机器得到充分利用。

2010年天卓进行技术革新开发出造价比较低廉的第二代天卓全自动气动勾花网机，天卓首次突破最小网孔10毫米的自动化生产，继后天卓有过生产6毫米网孔的经历。目前天卓本机型继续保持超小微孔的优势，受到广大客户的青睐。

2012年12月份迁址变更为安平县天卓丝网机械制造有限公司，推出天卓第一代翻板式全自动勾花网机，此时机器结构比较繁琐，拉线、压刀、光传动轴就多达四条，看上去比较乱，使用过程中故障率高，当更换不同规格模具的时候需调整的地方多，所需工时比较长。翻板速度为1秒钟，切刀速度0.7秒钟。

2013年推出双丝全自动勾花网机，秉承天卓精简化、紧密化理念，双丝勾花网机也有很大的进步和发展，结合天卓传统工艺，弯边、拧边、卷卷、缩卷一体化系列化。同年冬立项开发天卓卧式双丝全自动勾花网机，使双丝机器编网性能稳定性增强，后因工作繁忙顾不上而一再搁置。

2014年推出改进型天卓翻板全自动勾花网机，不用拉线不用压刀，简化传动减少了三根没必要的传动轴，天卓利用机器既定运行轨迹实现挂网针的倒换（被称为撞针式，后被人仿造并申请专利，但我们有有力证据证明此项技术我们是首创并且率先使用），使天卓机器结构简单化、运行速度得到提升，翻板速度0.479166667秒钟、切刀速度0.7083333313秒钟。

首次借鉴车床卡盘使用中心模具钳，一改过去利用螺丝压板压模具的老办法，天卓更换模具不再上下调整平台，天卓保证更换不同规格的模具，不需再调整平台，天卓确保了模具和主轴的同心度，天卓节省了更换模具的工时，天卓模具钳和模具接触面积大，天卓在夹紧的状态下不会使模具变形，天卓全包围式有利于润滑液的保存，天卓使模具和铁丝之间得到很好的润滑不至于划伤。此时天卓新型机属于保密状态，实行保守性销售。

2015年天卓再一次革新性研发天卓第三代，天卓机器结构进一步简化、运行速度再次得到提升，天卓不再利用运行轨迹撞击式挂网针倒换，消除了天卓机器运行震动、降低了噪音，翻板速度0.3541666669秒钟、切刀速度0.1875秒钟，合计速度0.541666667，同行开始仿造天卓第二代撞针式。同年天卓被央视我爱发明节目组关注，接受采访，获省科技厅授予科技型中小企业称号。

2016年第三代机，天卓全新款翻板式天卓全自动勾花网机正式定向可以保密的（比如说江浙、广东、福建和一些管理严格严禁闲人入内的正规单位）客户销售，同年更进一步改进天卓编网机换针机构确定型号为TZ-C2型区别于以前单丝机型。

2017年推出第四代第五代，在弯边工艺上取得突破性创新。

2018年是天卓人潜心钻研苦思冥想刻苦攻关的一年，我们关注点锁定在天卓机

器细节性能的全面提升上。

2019年天卓所有机型得到了全面提升，性能稳定，同年天卓卧式双丝勾花网机被重新提上日程。

2020年初完成了天卓卧式双丝勾花网编织机的设计、定型、生产，为天卓全自动勾花网机家族又增添了一员，我们确定型号为TZ-S2型全自动编网机。

2021年是重点实施新技术推动新机型的一年，是确定新方向的一年。

2022年新年伊始立项开发一款TZ-DS1单双两用全自动勾花网机（此技术是一种全新的技术，继承和发扬天卓单丝和双丝的优势，为机器的适应性和更好的实用性而研发，天卓本机型可以以天卓单丝模式生产也可以天卓双丝模式生产，天卓两种模式的转换只需调整转换按钮即可完成），天卓人展望未来再踏上新年征程的初始，在布满荆棘泥泞的前进路上时刻不敢懈怠，心情激动期待取得更大的成绩和提升，让我们一起祝福这个精彩的未来，创造一个绚丽的人生！
