学具——DNA分子模型

所需材料：颜色不同的正方形手工纸、剪刀、大卷透明胶布、记号笔、铅笔、小尺等

具体步骤：

①脱氧核糖的制作：

准备一张正方形蓝纸，连续对折三次，并将其剪为小纸条，利用折星星的方法将其折为脱氧核糖，多做几个。

②磷酸的制作

再拿一张正方形蓝纸，将其剪为比脱氧核糖稍小的“磷酸”。

③碱基的制作

如图制作4种碱基，从左到右分别为A、T、G、C。A的数量等于T的数量、G的数量等于C的数量。A与T互补、A与T互补。具体数值自己定，但要与脱氧核糖和磷酸大小相符（图中数值仅供参考）

④组装

如图组装4种脱氧核苷酸。先用大卷透明胶布粘起一面，再用记号笔画出化学键，最后用大卷透明胶布粘起另一面。

按碱基互补配对原则制作碱基对，再按磷酸和脱氧核糖反向平行的原则组装。

最后DNA双螺旋模型就大功告成了。

在一个双休日里,在我的要求下爸爸妈妈带我去学习泥塑我和爸爸妈妈走进了学习泥塑的课室里,一个老师马上走了过来,和蔼地说：“小朋友,是不是要学习怎样制作泥塑啊”我回答道：“是的”我说完后,老师便把我带到一个制作泥塑的桌子前老师说先示范一次给我看说完他拿起一包陶泥,然后打开,举着陶泥,重重地摔下去,再揉合老师告诉我这样可以将陶泥中的杂质混合,没有裂迹经过老师的摔打、揉合,第一道加工工序完成!然后老师就开始制作一个花瓶,他把陶泥放在托盘上,一边拉动托盘,然后用手把泥巴越捏越高,花瓶逐渐成形了,接着,老师把捏好的花瓶拿出来,开始捏花瓶的瓶口老师那灵巧的双手,把原来的一块泥巴捏成精致漂亮的陶土花瓶,让我好生羡慕

然后把泥巴放在托盘上面,用手把泥巴捏得高高的,捏好后就开始捏瓶口了,由于是第一次学习泥塑,总是把瓶口捏得歪歪扭扭,这里凹下去,那里有凸起来,试了好几次都是这样,我开始有点灰心了“怎么搞的,为什么总是捏不好啊!”就在我抱怨的时候老师在一旁鼓励着我,“别灰心啊!做什么事都要认真,不怕挫折,不气馁!”于是在老师的鼓励和指导下,我终于捏好了瓶口整个小泥瓶已经捏得有模有样,有板有眼了做完后,老师把我的泥塑拿进高温箱里,不一会儿,我的泥塑出“炉”啦!我满心欢喜的在上面涂了橙色,看起来就像一个盛水的小缸就这样,我的泥塑做好了,今天这节泥塑课,真是很有趣呢!
