一、mum

在美国通常不用elder brother，而用older brother。与brother相对应的阴性名词是sister。

sister有时还可指“(掌管病房的)护士，护士长”“(修道院的)修女”。

在口语中， sister可用于称呼女子； 在正式文体中， sister可用于比喻。

五、aunt

1、含义：n 伯母；姑；婶；姨。

2、用法

aunt用于口语中还常指小孩对成年女邻或父母亲的朋友、同事中的成年女性的称呼。
