最好的方法就是先提问学生对家庭关系的了解，要对症下药。

三年级的话应该知道爸妈，爷爷奶奶等一般的关系，开始的时候一定先用汉语。

用非常俗的话向学生讲解一些旁系的血统关系，理解之后，差不多在三代之内就行，然后画出树状图，就是课本上的就行。在相应的位置写上汉语的关系，后面标注上英语，然后，再用汉语引导着一遍一遍的读英语，这样的效果不错。我做过类似的家教，觉得应该不错。
